On December 17, Heesung Catalysts held its 2024 Project Performance Presentation at the Siwha Plant auditorium, celebrating key project achievements and evaluating company-wide initiatives from the past year. The event served as an opportunity to reflect on the progress made, recognize employee contributions, and reaffirm Heesung Catalysts’ vision for the future.
The event featured presentations on over 10 major projects and poster exhibitions showcasing more than 20 initiatives, with participation from various departments, including R&D, Sales, Production, and Management. Employees shared their accomplishments, gained insights from other teams, and reinforced the importance of collaboration and continuous growth.
Recognizing Outstanding Achievements
The top honor was awarded to Manager Dongsoo Lee from the Production Division, whose project focused on maximizing productivity. His work significantly improved production efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced product quality, earning high praise from the evaluation committee.
